For such a purpose Vasconcellos e Sá Associates relies on the:

A – Brazilian and portuguese nationality of its founder and

B – its links with the USA, where Vasconcellos e Sá was educated, lived for six years and is presently director for international affairs of Nopa: the National Organization of Portuguese Americans.
